Highlights of what our A/R Coordinator will do:

• Compiles and maintains accounts receivable records and customer files.
• Coordinates releases and other supporting documents for invoice submittals.
• Completes preliminary notices.
• Copies, files, scans, and retrieves documents for Accounts Receivable as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Are you the right fit for this role?

• High school diploma or equivalent; or six to twelve months' related experience and/or training
• Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Strong typing/data entry skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to use effective time-management skills and produce quality results

Additional Information:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Pay Range: $22 - $24/Hour
