In this role, you’ll combine design expertise, innovation, and collaboration to bring residential landscapes to life. If you love thinking creatively, working in a team environment and seeing your designs become reality, this is an opportunity to make a visible impact.

What You'll Do

Design Inspiring Outdoor Spaces

• Create innovative and functional landscape designs for clientele
• Develop conceptual plans, layouts, planting plans, and hardscape designs

Bring Designs to Life

• Produce detailed design drawings, renderings, and 3D imagery (as applicable)
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project goals
• Support project handoff to construction teams when designs move into implementation

Stay Inspired

• Keep up with landscape design trends, materials, and sustainable practices
• Bring fresh ideas that enhance outdoor living and elevate the client’s experience

What You Bring

• Experience in landscape design, landscape architecture, or related field
• Strong ability to translate client ideas into creative, buildable designs
• Experience working in a team environment, collaborating for a common goal
• Proficiency in design tools - AutoCAD is a must
• Knowledge of plant materials, irrigation concepts, and hardscape design preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Bonus Points

• Residential landscape design experience
• Degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, Horticulture, or related field
• Experience with 3D renderings or visual design presentations
• Knowledge of Arizona plant palettes and climate considerations
